The key point in my opinion in this report is the nod that we can do to those who think that Bio is expensive, more expensive than industrial. The example of baker Meilleur Ouvrier de France Bio explaining that the bread is definitely not more expensive than non-organic bread is very symbolic. Bread is essential in the consumption of French manufacture and, if it requires more care (one wonders why not also "Organic" requires "less care"), does not imply an increase in its price sales.
